What changes when a rooftop can see where its electricity goes?

A model of one distribution feeder in an Indian city, with a few hundred households and some rooftop solar. It runs the same week twice. Once as things are, where every exported unit goes to the DISCOM at a fixed ₹2.50. Once where a household can see the feeder, and sell to a neighbour.
